Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team full-time, working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time in Johar Town, Lahore. The primary focus of this role is to make outbound calls to property owners in the USA, identifying potential sellers and presenting attractive cash offer options. This position offers a competitive salary between PKR 60,000 and 80,000, depending on experience, along with commission opportunities. The work schedule includes Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays, providing a structured yet dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to property owners in the USA to identify potential sellers.
- Effectively communicate the advantages of receiving cash offers for their properties.
- Gather and document detailed information about property conditions, seller motivation, and timelines.
- Manage inquiries and objections professionally and confidently.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems with all client interactions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to refine outreach strategies and meet campaign targets.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear accent, suitable for engaging clients over the phone.
- Confidence and professionalism in handling client conversations.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with the EST time zone (7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Time).
- At least one year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to commute reliably or relocate to Lahore prior to starting the role.
