We are seeking confident and energetic Telesales Interns who are comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential customers to convert sales opportunities into successful deals. This internship provides hands-on experience in telesales within a dynamic, target-driven environment. Interns will interact with leads generated through digital advertising campaigns and play a vital role in promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Contact leads generated through Meta advertising campaigns.
- Clearly explain products, services, and current offers to potential customers.
- Qualify leads and identify genuinely interested buyers.
- Handle customer objections and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve sales conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate daily records of calls, lead statuses, and customer details.
- Consistently achieve assigned calling and sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills, particularly in English.
- Confidence in making sales calls and engaging new customers.
- Good listening, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Fresh graduates and candidates with prior call center experience are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Sales experience of up to 1 year is advantageous but not mandatory.
- This is an onsite position located in Model Town, Multan.
- Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (morning shift).
- The internship duration is 3 months.
- Compensation starts at Rs. 10,000 per month.
