Telesales Representative

Code & Tell Pvt Ltd, located in Faisalabad, Pakistan, is looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join their growing sales team. This full-time, on-site role involves generating leads, making outbound cold calls, and effectively presenting the company’s products and services over the phone. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound cold calls to potential customers to introduce Code & Tell’s products and services.
- Identify customer needs, qualify leads, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
- Professionally handle customer objections by addressing questions and overcoming hesitations.
- Accurately record customer information, call logs, and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve or exceed daily call volume targets and monthly sales KPIs.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Intermediate, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven success in telesales, cold calling, or a similar outbound sales role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English.
- Persuasion: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and familiarity with cloud phone systems.
- Resilience: Ability to remain calm and professional when handling rejection and working under pressure.
