Telesales Representative (Female Candidates)

Royal Business Solutions (RBS), based in Faisalabad, Punjab, is seeking motivated and confident Telesales Representatives to join its UK Energy Campaign sales team. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and fresh candidates who possess strong English communication skills and a willingness to learn. Female employees will have working hours from 3 PM to 10 PM. The role involves engaging with customers in the UK market, promoting company services, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers in the UK.
- Clearly explain company services and current offers to customers.
- Professionally handle customer inquiries, questions, and objections.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain professional communication standards at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and effective communication skills.
- Confidence and ability to manage outbound telesales calls.
- Positive, professional attitude with a focus on achieving targets.
- Previous experience in telesales or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
