Telesales Representative

The Telesales Representative role is a full-time, on-site position located in Karachi South District. This role focuses on outbound calling to both prospective and existing customers, promoting Aston International’s logistics and shipping services, and converting leads into confirmed sales. Daily responsibilities include presenting service offerings clearly, addressing customer inquiries, and following up on leads generated by the sales and marketing teams. The representative is also tasked with maintaining detailed records of customer interactions within CRM systems, coordinating with operational teams to align services, and consistently achieving individual and team sales targets.

In addition to sales duties, the Telesales Representative will assist customers with basic service-related issues, relay market feedback to help improve company offerings, and actively participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Aston International’s logistics solutions.
- Explain service features, answer questions, and provide accurate information to customers.
- Follow up on leads provided by sales and marketing teams to convert prospects into sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Support customers with basic service-related inquiries and resolve minor issues.
- Provide feedback from customer interactions to assist in improving products and services.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to engage professionally and confidently with diverse customers over the phone.
- Proven customer service and support abilities to handle inquiries and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Demonstrated sales skills including identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals in a telesales environment.
- Openness to continuous learning and ability to apply training and product knowledge effectively.
- Relevant experience in telesales, call center operations, or inside sales, preferably within logistics, shipping, or related industries.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications for call logging, data entry, and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Karachi South District, manage time efficiently, and perform well in a target-driven environment.
- Minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
