Telesales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telesales Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will engage with potential and existing customers by introducing our products and services, aiming to drive sales through effective communication and strong relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Promote and clearly explain company products and services.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in telesales or a call center environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven setting.
- Basic computer proficiency for maintaining records.
- Self-motivated with a professional attitude and a commitment to achieving goals.
