Telesales Representative

Estipro Global, LLC is seeking motivated and confident Telesales Representatives to join our expanding team. This full-time, on-site position involves outbound calling, customer engagement, and lead generation specifically for our U.S.-based campaign. The role requires a professional phone manner, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet daily and monthly targets in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers based in the U.S.
- Generate and qualify potential leads to support sales efforts
- Communicate professionally while handling customer objections effectively
- Follow campaign scripts and adhere to company guidelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the system
- Consistently achieve assigned daily and monthly performance goals

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Call Center, Telesales, Cold Calling, or Lead Generation is preferred
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good persuasion and negotiation abilities to influence potential customers
- Confident and professional phone manner with excellent interpersonal skills
- Target-driven mindset and ability to work well within a team environment

Job Details
- Salary range: PKR 40,000 – 65,000 per month
- Working hours: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
- Employment type: Full-Time, On-Site
- Campaign focus: U.S. Market
