Telesales Representative

IPS Pakistan is seeking confident, motivated, and results-driven Tele Sales Representatives to join our team for international calling. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication and persuasion skills who thrive in a target-driven environment. As part of the Construction Estimation department, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our company’s services effectively. The position is based in Lahore with working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential international clients through calls, emails, and text messages.
- Understand client requirements and clearly communicate the company’s services.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospects.
- Follow up with leads, handle objections, negotiate offers, and close sales successfully.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities to ensure smooth workflow and reporting.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education of O/A Levels.
- At least 1 year of relevant tele sales or customer engagement experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage leads, maintain sales records, and consistently achieve targets.
- A proactive attitude combined with a results-oriented mindset.
