TELESALES REPRESENTATIVES (TSR)

We are seeking confident, energetic, and passionate individuals to join our expanding Call Center Team as Telesales Representatives (TSR). Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers via phone to promote and sell products or services.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to persuade and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Record and update customer information accurately in the database.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers confidently.
- A confident and persuasive personality with a strong sales orientation.
