Key Responsibilities
This full-time, on-site Teller / Cashier position based in Karachi involves managing customer transactions related to currency exchange and remittance processing with accuracy and security. Daily duties include receiving and disbursing cash, verifying customer identification and documentation, recording transactions in the system, and balancing cash drawers at the end of each shift. The role requires providing customers with clear information about exchange rates, fees, and available services, addressing basic inquiries, and escalating complex issues when necessary. The Teller / Cashier must adhere strictly to company policies, compliance standards, and anti-money laundering procedures while maintaining a professional and customer-focused environment.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong cash handling skills, emphasizing accuracy, reconciliation, and basic accounting practices. Excellent customer service abilities are essential, including clear communication, active listening, and a courteous, professional demeanor.
