Ravi Exchange Company (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a responsible and customer-focused Teller / Cashier to join our branch operations team located in South District, Karachi. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently handle cash and foreign currency transactions.
- Receive, count, verify, and maintain local and foreign currency according to company procedures.
- Process remittance transactions and assist customers with related requests.
- Provide support and guidance to customers on currency exchange and remittance queries.
- Maintain precise transaction records and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Verify transactions and supporting documents in line with company policies.
- Ensure proper cash handling, balancing, and reconciliation at all times.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, operational procedures, and applicable compliance requirements diligently.
- Collaborate with branch team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Qualifications
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
