We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Tender Specialist to join our team in Islamabad. This full-time, onsite position offers an exciting opportunity to support our expanding tender and proposal operations for both local and international projects. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience and a strong interest in procurement, tender documentation, and business development processes. This role requires working Monday through Friday and involves close collaboration with various internal teams to ensure timely and accurate tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs), tenders, and other procurement opportunities.
- Review tender documents to determine scope, eligibility criteria, submission requirements, and deadlines.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of compliance checklists and tender trackers to monitor progress.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical, commercial, company, and supporting documentation required for tender responses.
- Assist in drafting tender responses, proposals, and related supporting documents.
- Ensure all submissions are complete, accurate, and fully aligned with the tender requirements.
- Conduct basic market and procurement research to identify relevant opportunities and trends.
- Maintain organized records of submitted tenders, deadlines, clarifications, and outcomes for future reference.
- Support the team in monitoring government, corporate, and international procurement portals for new opportunities.
- Assist with proofreading, formatting, and quality checks of tender documents prior to submission.
- Follow up on missing information and coordinate with stakeholders to meet submission deadlines.
- Utilize MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF tools effectively to prepare and manage tender documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in tender management, procurement, proposals, business development, or similar areas.
- Basic understanding of RFPs, RFQs, tenders, bids, and proposal processes.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent document management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently in a structured environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot for research, document review, and drafting is a plus.
