Territor Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop assigned sales territories to achieve sales targets and maximize market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders within the pharmaceutical market.
- Effectively communicate product information and benefits to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead and mentor junior sales staff, especially in senior positions, fostering teamwork and professional development.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through strategic planning and execution.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree (mandatory).
- 2 to 4 years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented mindset.
- Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and industry dynamics.
- Leadership and team management skills, particularly for senior roles.
