We are currently seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to lead and expand our in-store presence while exceeding sales targets. This role requires strategic thinking, strong team engagement, and a passion for driving innovative health, hygiene, and nutrition products into the hands of consumers. You will play a key role in nurturing a high-performing, inclusive sales team and making a meaningful impact on our global mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by guiding your team to consistently exceed targets and fostering a culture of success.
- Develop and implement effective field sales strategies to maximize reach and brand visibility across your territory.
- Lead engaging training sessions to enhance the skills and expertise of field sales representatives.
- Analyze sales data and insights to inform future strategies and optimize overall performance.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure unified support for all sales initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the consumer goods sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships at various organizational levels.
- Results-driven mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
