We are looking for a motivated Territory Sales Executive to drive sales growth and enhance market presence within a specified territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing distributor relationships, and achieving sales and distribution targets. This role involves frequent market visits, strong customer engagement, and identifying new business opportunities to strengthen the company’s position in the Edible Oil & Ghee industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement primary and secondary sales strategies to achieve company sales and distribution objectives.
- Expand market coverage by initiating growth-focused activities to increase market presence.
- Manage distributor relationships, ensuring their profitability and delivering a strong return on investment.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales trends, competitor activities, product availability, and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to support seamless sales operations.
- Engage directly with consumers to resolve product inquiries and provide guidance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance the company’s footprint across the territory.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports detailing territory performance, sales trends, competitor analysis, and market insights.
- Ensure the consistent achievement of assigned sales, distribution, and market coverage targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the Edible Oil & Ghee industry is essential.
- Proven skills in sales management, negotiation, distribution, and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication, teamwork, analytical, and time-management capabilities.
- Willingness to conduct regular market visits within the assigned territory.
Work Location
This role requires in-person presence within the designated territory.
