Territory Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Executive to join our team in Lahore within the edible oil industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in territory sales, distributor management, and achieving sales targets. This role offers a competitive salary package along with various benefits and requires working six days a week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage territory sales activities, including regular market visits and distributor handling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers to drive sales growth.
- Achieve assigned sales targets consistently within the designated territory.
- Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for expanding the customer base, focusing on key areas such as Gulberg and DHA in Lahore.
- Negotiate effectively with clients and distributors to maximize profitability.
- Report sales performance and market feedback to senior management on a regular basis.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the edible oil industry is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in territory sales, distributor management, and meeting sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and sustain business relationships.
- Good knowledge of the Lahore market, particularly in Gulberg and DHA areas.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive salary of PKR 75,000 gross plus reimbursement of sales-related expenses.

- Gratuity equivalent to one month’s gross salary, payable upon confirmation and as per company policy upon leaving.
- Fixed Eid bonus awarded annually.
