Territory Sales Manager - IVD - Rawalpindi

LDS Dx is expanding its sales team across multiple cities in Pakistan to promote its range of Point-of-Care Testing (POCT), Core In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD), and Blood Transfusion Solutions. We are seeking motivated and target-driven individuals who are passionate about sales and business development within the healthcare sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity to engage with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, clinics, and healthcare professionals while contributing to the growth of innovative medical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and actively develop new business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, clinics, dealers, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular field visits to enhance customer engagement and expand market presence.
- Promote POCT, Core IVD, and Blood Transfusion Solutions to relevant healthcare institutions effectively.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure consistent product availability throughout the assigned territory.
- Identify potential new customers, monitor market trends, and analyze competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Support continuing medical education (CME) sessions, workshops, product demonstrations, and other promotional activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates on territory performance to management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Candidates with a background in pharmaceutical sales are highly encouraged to apply.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in medical diagnostics, IVD, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sales is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A target-oriented mindset with a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
