Territory Sales Manager -Sialkot

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead assigned territories by managing distributors and order bookers, driving sales targets, and executing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop monthly unit-wise and value-wise sales targets for assigned territories.
- Break down targets into daily goals and allocate them to order bookers based on their areas to ensure comprehensive outlet coverage.
- Prepare and share detailed sales reports by territory and category to monitor target achievement and key performance indicators.
- Supervise and motivate order bookers to meet sales goals by tracking daily performance and ensuring thorough product knowledge and resource availability.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess outlet coverage, productivity, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Oversee the implementation of trade marketing activities at all assigned outlets in line with trade marketing plans.
- Plan and execute effective sales efforts, including designing proper journey plans (PJPs) by analyzing territory dynamics and route-to-market (RTM) strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, aligning on mutually beneficial objectives to maximize value and achieve strategic goals.
- Manage budgets efficiently, forecast sales accurately for assigned territories and categories, and make informed decisions to optimize revenue, minimize costs, and enhance overall financial performance.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong analytical skills with a business-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication abilities for effective business interactions.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
- Competence in financial planning, forecasting, and negotiation.
- Problem-solving aptitude combined with in-depth product knowledge.
