Territory Sales Supervisor – Bhalwal, Punjab, Pakistan
JazzWorld is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Supervisor (TSS) to join our dynamic team in Bhalwal. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will be part of a focused group working under the Regional Operating Model led by the Regional Business Head. Your role will involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth in JazzCash, postpaid sales, and franchise/retail business development. This position requires daily market engagement, strong franchise management, and a proactive approach to improving sales and distribution channels within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand Jazz’s values, business model, products, and market dynamics to effectively contribute to regional goals.
- Conduct daily market visits for spot checks and retail audits to ensure stock availability.
- Manage one or two assigned franchises based on potential and geographic spread, ensuring daily monitoring and follow-up.
- Build strong relationships with franchise and retail networks to facilitate smooth operations and efficient work processes.
- Drive retail and distribution network development by engaging franchise staff and distribution officers (DO).
- Focus on key enablers such as BVS activation, EVC (agent-to-agent servicing), market float management, and maintaining DO service levels.
- Monitor recharge activities including Jazz Load and scratch cards, ensuring non-performer retailers remain below 5%.
- Collaborate with DOs to maintain minimum balance retailers under 5% and improve overall channel performance.
- Achieve target KPIs including recharge volumes, gross additions (prepaid and postpaid), JazzCash transactions (DR, Cash-In, M-Wallet), mobile broadband devices, and active retail base.
- Develop and implement plans to increase sales of handsets, Wi-Fi devices, remittances, and postpaid subscriptions.
- Engage retailers in planning below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities aligned with sales targets.
- Optimize trade marketing utilization and expand channel footprint while improving key performance indicators.
- Maintain territory integrity and control infringements.
- Foster healthy relationships with retailers and franchise owners to support business growth.
- Continuously review and improve JazzCash and voice-related KPIs for yourself and your team.
- Demonstrate creativity and proactivity by suggesting new ideas and processes to enhance team performance.
- Motivate and counsel franchise and retail channel stakeholders, explaining profitability models to encourage engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering on challenging projects with end-to-end responsibility from planning through rollout and feedback.
- Ability to work independently as well as under supervision to enhance sales and distribution channel effectiveness.
- Experience in achieving monthly KPI targets such as JazzCash wallet activation, postpaid and prepaid sales, remittances, cash-in, and mobile number portability (MNP).
- Demonstrated ability to increase business penetration in assigned areas and meet assigned targets consistently.
- Strong skills in channel development and sales management.
