Territory Sales Supervisor (Grade L1) – Hafizabad, Punjab, Pakistan
JazzWorld is seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Supervisor (TSS) to join our dynamic sales team. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing one or two franchises within your assigned territory, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth in JazzCash, postpaid sales, and franchise/retail business development. This role involves daily market visits, conducting retail audits, and ensuring stock availability while supporting the regional sales targets. As part of the TSS team under the Regional Operating Model, you will play a key role in strengthening the distribution network and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and embody Jazz’s values, business model, products, and regional market dynamics.
- Conduct daily market visits for spot checks and retail audits to ensure stock availability and operational compliance.
- Manage assigned franchise(s) daily, maintaining visibility through regular reporting and strong follow-up with franchise partners.
- Build effective relationships with franchise and retail networks to facilitate smooth and efficient operations.
- Drive retail and distribution network development by engaging franchise staff and distribution officers (DO).
- Focus on key enablers such as BVS activation, EVC (Agent to Agent serving), market float management, and service level adherence.
- Monitor recharge activities (Jazz Load & Scratch cards), ensuring non-performing retailers remain below 5%, with active follow-up by DOs.
- Achieve target KPIs including recharge volumes, gross additions (prepaid and postpaid), JazzCash transactions (DR, Cash-In, M-Wallet), mobile broadband devices, and active retail base growth.
- Collaborate with retailers to plan and execute below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities aligned with sales targets.
- Optimize trade marketing resources and expand channel footprint while improving key performance indicators such as retailer servicing and minimum balance maintenance.
- Maintain territory integrity and control infringement issues.
- Foster strong, healthy relationships with retailers and franchise owners within the territory.
- Continuously review and improve JazzCash and voice-related KPIs for yourself and your team.
- Demonstrate proactivity and creativity by proposing new ideas and processes to enhance team performance.
- Motivate and counsel franchise and retail channel stakeholders, explaining profitability models and encouraging engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering challenging projects with end-to-end responsibility from planning through rollout and feedback.
- Ability to work independently as well as under supervision to enhance sales and distribution channel effectiveness.
- Experience in achieving monthly KPI targets related to JazzCash wallet activation, postpaid and prepaid sales, remittances, cash-in, and mobile number portability (MNP).
- Strong capability to increase business penetration in assigned areas and consistently meet assigned targets.
- Demonstrated experience in sales management and channel development.
- Skilled in strengthening and developing sales channels to drive business growth.
