Territory Sales Supervisor – Kasur, Punjab, Pakistan
JazzWorld is seeking a Territory Sales Supervisor (TSS) to join our dynamic sales team in Kasur. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing one or two franchises, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales growth in JazzCash, Postpaid services, and franchise/retail business development. This role involves daily market visits, retail audits, and ensuring optimal stock availability while maintaining strong relationships with franchise owners and retailers. You will play a key role in expanding the retail and distribution network, improving sales KPIs, and supporting the overall regional sales targets within the framework of Jazz’s Regional Operating Model.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and embody Jazz’s values, products, business model, and market dynamics to effectively execute your role.
- Conduct daily market visits to perform spot checks and retail audits focused on stock availability and franchise performance.
- Manage assigned franchise(s) on a daily basis, ensuring visibility and timely follow-up on reports shared by the Area Manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise staff and retail networks to facilitate smooth and efficient operations.
- Drive retail and distribution network development by engaging franchise staff and distribution officers (DO).
- Focus on key enablers such as BVS Activation, EVC (Agent-to-Agent serving), market float management, and DO service levels to maintain high operational standards.
- Monitor recharge activities including Jazz Load and Scratch cards, ensuring non-performers are minimized and followed up by DOs.
- Achieve target KPIs related to recharge, gross additions (prepaid and postpaid), JazzCash transactions, mobile broadband devices, and active retail base expansion.
- Collaborate with retailers to plan and execute Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities aligned with sales targets.
- Optimize trade marketing utilization and focus on channel footprint expansion while improving retailer servicing and minimum balance metrics.
- Maintain territory integrity and control infringement issues proactively.
- Continuously review and improve JazzCash and voice-related KPIs for your team and territory.
- Demonstrate creativity and proactivity by proposing new ideas and processes to enhance team performance.
- Motivate and counsel franchise and retail channel stakeholders, explaining profitability models to strengthen partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully delivering challenging projects with end-to-end responsibility from planning through rollout and feedback.
- Ability to work independently as well as under supervision to enhance sales and distribution channel effectiveness.
- Experience in achieving monthly KPI targets including JazzCash wallet activation, postpaid and prepaid sales, remittances, cash-in, and mobile number portability (MNP).
- Demonstrated capability to increase business penetration and consistently meet assigned sales targets.
- Strong background in sales management and channel development, with the ability to strengthen and grow the sales network.
