Territory Sales Supervisor – Kasur, Punjab, Pakistan
JazzWorld is seeking a Territory Sales Supervisor (TSS) to join our dynamic team in Kasur. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the TSS will play a vital role in driving sales growth and business development within the assigned franchise and retail network. This position involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve regional sales targets, particularly focusing on JazzCash, postpaid sales, and franchise expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily market visits, retail audits, and ensuring the smooth operation and development of the distribution network, contributing directly to the company’s growth and customer reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand Jazz’s values, business model, products, and regional market dynamics to effectively execute sales strategies.
- Conduct daily market visits to perform spot checks and retail audits, ensuring stock availability and operational compliance.
- Manage one or two franchises depending on potential and geographic spread, maintaining daily oversight and follow-up on franchise activities.
- Build strong relationships with franchise and retail staff to facilitate efficient work processes and network development.
- Drive retail and distribution network growth by engaging franchise staff and distribution officers (DOs).
- Monitor and improve key enablers such as BVS Activation, EVC (agent-to-agent serving), market float management, DO service levels, and recharge performance, ensuring non-performers remain below 5%.
- Achieve target KPIs including recharge, gross additions (prepaid and postpaid), JazzCash transactions (direct recharge, cash-in, mobile wallet), mobile broadband devices, and active retail base expansion.
- Collaborate with retailers to plan and execute below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities aligned with sales targets.
- Optimize trade marketing utilization and expand channel footprint while improving KPIs related to retailer servicing and minimum balance maintenance.
- Maintain territory integrity and control infringement issues.
- Foster healthy, long-term relationships with retailers and franchise owners, motivating and counseling stakeholders on profitability models.
- Continuously review and improve JazzCash and voice-related KPIs for the assigned territory and team.
- Demonstrate proactivity and creativity by proposing new ideas and processes to enhance team performance.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully delivering challenging projects from planning through rollout and feedback.
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of sales and distribution channel effectiveness and penetration.
- Capable of working independently as well as under supervision to meet monthly KPI targets such as JazzCash wallet activation, postpaid and prepaid sales, remittances, cash-in, and mobile number portability (MNP).
- Experience in increasing business penetration and consistently meeting assigned sales targets.
- Strong skills in channel development and sales management within relevant markets.
