The company is currently seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with 8 to 10 years of experience to join its dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
- Collaborate closely with development, product, and operations teams to identify test requirements and deliver comprehensive test coverage.
- Execute functional, regression, performance, and integration testing to validate software functionality and performance.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance automation effectiveness and reduce manual effort.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software quality assurance.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in test automation and digital transformation to drive innovation within the team.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SDET with 8 to 10 years in software testing and automation.
- Strong expertise in developing and maintaining automated test frameworks using industry-standard tools and programming languages.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
- Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools relevant to the technology stack.
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments, with a focus on continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
