Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using Playwright to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working with development teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes to increase efficiency and coverage.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for test automation within the team.
- Support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines by integrating automated tests to enable faster release cycles.
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a culture of quality and innovation.

Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in software testing and automation.
- Strong expertise in Playwright for end-to-end test automation.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools and integrating automated tests into build pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within diverse teams.
