Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automation functional testing solutions using tools like Selenium and Appium.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot automation functional testing frameworks and tools.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify defects, recommend improvements, and ensure software quality.
Required Qualifications:
- 7 to 9 years of relevant work experience in automation functional testing or related fields.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech), or MCA from a reputed university.
- Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium and Appium.
- Strong scripting skills in languages like Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Ability to align with the company’s long-term vision and demonstrate openness to learning and adapting new skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and resilience under pressure.
