Textile CAD Designer

Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed fabric patterns and repeats using computer-aided design (CAD) tools, ensuring designs are production-ready.
- Create and refine technical drawings and prepare construction drawings tailored for textile applications.
- Collaborate with designers and production teams to align design concepts with manufacturing capabilities.
- Adjust designs based on feedback from various stakeholders to meet quality and specification standards.
- Maintain organized digital design libraries and ensure all CAD files comply with company and industry standards.

Required Qualifications
- Strong drawing and technical drawing skills for accurate visual representation of textile designs.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) for creating, modifying, and managing digital textile patterns and layouts.
- Knowledge of construction drawings and design engineering to translate creative concepts into production-ready specifications.
- Experience with industry-standard textile CAD software such as NedGraphics, Texcel, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with print and weave design processes.
- Diploma or degree in Textile Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Prior experience in textile or fashion CAD is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong color sense, and pattern development skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
