Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and creative Textile Designer with strong experience in developing print collections for fashion apparel. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of print design, colour combinations, motif development, design tracing, and preparing final artwork for production.

The candidate must be capable of developing cohesive print collections while ensuring accuracy, creativity, and quality in the final output.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative and cohesive print collections for fashion apparel.
Create original prints, patterns, motifs, and designs in line with the brand's aesthetic.
Work on print collection themes, colour palettes, and design variations.
Accurately trace and recreate designs from references while maintaining design details.
Prepare and deliver final artwork that is complete and ready for production.
Develop seamless repeats, pattern layouts, and print placements where required.
Refine designs and make revisions according to collection requirements.
Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate execution of prints.
Maintain consistency and attention to detail throughout the collection development process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in textile design, particularly print development.
Strong ability to develop complete and well-coordinated print collections.
Excellent skills in tracing, recreating, and refining textile designs.
Ability to take a design reference or initial concept through to final artwork.
Good understanding of colour theory, print layouts, motifs, and pattern repeats.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or other relevant design software.
Strong creative sense, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
A portfolio showcasing previous print collections and completed textile designs is preferred.
