The Therapeutic Specialist is a senior individual contributor role, comparable in level to an Area Manager or product specialist. This position demands strong expertise in product specialization combined with effective field execution. The role does not include any direct reports but requires close collaboration with healthcare professionals, distributors, and pharmacies to drive product presence and performance within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to selected healthcare professionals (HCPs) to engage in scientific discussions and strengthen relationships.
- Accurately record daily visit activities and maintain timely field reporting using Veeva CRM.
- Monitor daily sales performance through Veeva and identify necessary follow-up actions to optimize results.
- Prepare and update weekly and monthly activity plans aligned with business priorities within Veeva.
- Visit hospital pharmacies and procurement departments to support product access, availability, and institutional engagement.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with chain and leading pharmacies to enhance product visibility and execution.
- Regularly visit Bayer-authorized distributors to review stock levels and delivery status.
- Coordinate with distributors via email and telephone to ensure smooth communication and resolve any issues promptly.
- Identify and develop thought leaders to act as Bayer product speakers and advocates where appropriate.
- Present monthly performance updates during the Monthly Business Review meetings.
- Execute approved marketing strategies in compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
- Organize scientific programs and ensure all required documentation is completed in accordance with company guidelines.
- Take full ownership of territory performance by achieving assigned product targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Education: Pharm-D, B. Pharmacy, BSc, or MBA.
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years working with specialized pharmaceutical products.
- Strong business communication skills, enabling effective interaction with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to monitor performance and identify actionable insights.
