Ticketing Officer

OS Travel & Tours, located in Blue Area, Islamabad, is seeking a full-time female Ticketing Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in airline ticketing, handling both domestic and international reservations. This role requires proficiency in ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and cancellations, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs45,000 and requires the candidate to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage domestic and international airline reservations efficiently.
- Handle ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and cancellations accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective communication with clients.
- Utilize ticketing systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre to process bookings.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant ticketing experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of airline reservation procedures and ticketing processes.
- Good communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre ticketing systems is preferred.
