Ticketing Officer

This is a full-time, entry-level position for a Ticketing Officer based in Akora Khattak, Nowshera, Pakistan. The role operates during morning shifts and offers a monthly salary of 10,000 PKR. The position is office-based and involves providing support for air-ticketing enquiries along with handling various ticketing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, issuing tickets, processing reissues and cancellations, making booking changes, coordinating with customers, and maintaining accurate transaction records.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with air-ticketing enquiries and provide timely support.
- Process flight reservations and ensure accurate ticket issuance.
- Handle ticket reissues, cancellations, and booking modifications as required.
- Coordinate effectively with customers to address their ticketing needs and resolve issues.
- Maintain detailed and organized transaction records for all ticketing activities.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth office operations during morning shifts.

Required Qualifications
- Secondary school certificate or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Basic understanding of air-ticketing processes and terminology.
