Tiktok API Approval Specialist

ReadyChatAI, an AI-driven customer service platform, is seeking a TikTok API Approval Specialist for a remote, short-term project. Our TikTok integration is currently functional within TikTok's sandbox environment, and we need an experienced professional who has successfully navigated TikTok’s app approval process to help us move our app into production.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the TikTok for Developers app review process, specifically focusing on the Data Security & Privacy Review.
- Obtain Business Messaging API access via business-api.tiktok.com, including app registration, messaging scope configuration, and webhook setup.
- Prepare and submit all necessary forms, questionnaires, and demo materials required by TikTok.
- Respond to TikTok’s inquiries promptly and follow up consistently until the app is approved.

This role does not involve any coding tasks. The specialist will be granted collaborator access to the developer account and Business Center. Any submissions requiring company identity verification, legal documentation, or final approval must be completed by the account owner.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in successfully getting TikTok apps and scopes approved through TikTok’s official review process.
- Familiarity with the Business Messaging API, including knowledge of whether it is accessible to all developers or restricted to partners, and understanding the approval pathway if it is partner-only.
- Ability to prepare detailed documentation and demo materials that meet TikTok’s compliance and security standards.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with TikTok’s review team and address their questions.
