We are currently seeking a full-time TikTok Content Editor and Account Management Intern/Executive to join our team on-site in Bahawalpur. This role involves preparing, editing, organizing, and uploading short-form video content to multiple TikTok accounts while collaborating closely with the content and marketing teams to ensure consistent publishing and account performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos for TikTok using CapCut or similar video editing software.
- Prepare videos in the correct format, resolution, aspect ratio, and duration to meet platform requirements.
- Upload, organize, and schedule content across assigned TikTok accounts following internal timelines.
- Follow established procedures for account setup, warmup, and ongoing management.
- Maintain consistent account activity by adhering to daily publishing schedules.
- Write basic captions and organize relevant content metadata to enhance engagement.
- Monitor account metrics such as views, engagement rates, posting status, and overall activity.
- Keep accurate records of uploaded content and account performance data.
- Identify and promptly report any technical or account-related issues to the appropriate team members.
- Coordinate effectively with researchers, video editors, and marketing personnel to meet content goals.
- Achieve daily targets related to content production and account operations.
Required Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in video editing using CapCut or similar tools.
- Familiarity with TikTok and the specific requirements of short-form video content.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established workflows and procedures.
- Capability to manage multiple TikTok accounts and handle various tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of social media content strategies and audience engagement.
- Good communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to TikTok content operations and account management practices.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Bahawalpur.
