TikTok Shop Growth & Affiliate Specialist

We are looking for a remote TikTok Shop Specialist to help grow our revenue and expand our network of affiliate creators who promote our products. You will be part of a small, hands-on team and report directly to the TikTok Lead. This role involves learning our strategies, tools, creator relationships, and daily workflows while actively contributing to the growth of our TikTok Shop channel. The ideal candidate is highly familiar with TikTok, understands the platform’s Shop features, and enjoys working closely with creators.

Key Responsibilities

TikTok Shop Revenue:
Drive sales through TikTok Shop by employing a variety of strategies such as affiliate content, shoppable videos, live selling, promotions, flash deals, and sampling campaigns. Manage product listings, pricing, vouchers, and campaign registrations within TikTok Seller Center. Plan and support seasonal sales events and TikTok Shop campaigns. Collaborate with the TikTok Lead on GMV Max and TikTok Shop ads when relevant. Analyze sales trends to identify top-performing products, hooks, and creators, focusing efforts accordingly.

Affiliate Network Development:
Identify, recruit, and onboard creators and affiliates that align with the brand, ranging from nano to mid-tier influencers. Conduct large-scale outreach via TikTok Affiliate Center, direct messaging, email, and targeted collaborations. Manage free sample requests, commission structures, and creator briefs. Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage consistent content creation from top-performing creators. Keep an organized database tracking creator performance, contact details, and payment information.

User-Generated Content (UGC) Management:
Collect and organize creator content into a centralized UGC library. Ensure usage rights are secured to allow content reuse across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and paid advertising. Share high-performing content and insights with the broader marketing team to maximize impact.

Reporting and Continuous Improvement:
Monitor key performance metrics including GMV, orders, affiliate sales, content volume, and ROI, providing weekly reports. Assist the TikTok Lead with daily tasks and help document processes. Stay up to date with TikTok Shop policy changes, emerging trends, and new features to continuously improve strategies.

Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with TikTok Shop from the seller’s perspective. Proven success in recruiting and managing creators or affiliates. Strong understanding of TikTok content dynamics, including hooks, trends, formats, and consumer buying behavior. Comfortable working with numerical data such as GMV, conversion rates, commissions, and ROI. Excellent written and spoken English skills for outreach and reporting. Highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable when working remotely. Access to a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience using TikTok Seller Center, Affiliate Center, and GMV Max. Familiarity with creator outreach tools, CRMs, or Google Sheets automations. Background in Amazon, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms. Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut) to repurpose UGC content.

Working Hours: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (remote)
