The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating layouts for various real estate developments, ensuring efficient land use and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review master plans, site layouts, and land-use plans for both residential and commercial projects.
- Assist in the planning and development of housing schemes and other real estate initiatives.
- Review site layouts, road networks, plot divisions, and infrastructure planning to ensure practical and efficient designs.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate site conditions and verify planning requirements.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, architecture, construction, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review planning drawings and technical documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure all planning activities adhere to applicable development regulations and project specifications.
- Monitor the progress of planning tasks and provide technical recommendations as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in City & Regional Planning, Urban Planning, Town Planning, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in town planning or real estate development.
- Practical knowledge of master planning, land-use planning, and site layout development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant planning software.
- Strong analytical, technical, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to conduct on-site visits and perform field-related duties within Karachi.
