Al Ghafoor Group, a reputable real estate development company based in Karachi, specializes in delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are seeking an experienced Town Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and reviewing layouts for various real estate developments, ensuring optimal land utilization and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review master plans, site layouts, and land-use plans for residential and commercial projects.
- Assist in the planning and development of housing schemes and real estate projects.
- Review site layouts, road networks, plot divisions, and infrastructure planning to ensure feasibility and efficiency.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate site conditions and planning needs.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, construction, and project management teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Review planning drawings and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure all planning activities adhere to applicable development regulations and project specifications.
- Monitor the progress of planning tasks and provide technical recommendations as necessary.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in City & Regional Planning, Urban Planning, Town Planning, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional experience in town planning or real estate development.
- Practical knowledge of master planning, land-use planning, and site layout development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant planning software.
- Strong analytical, technical, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to conduct on-site visits and perform field-related duties within Karachi.
