Tractor Driver

Union Developers is seeking a reliable and experienced Tractor Driver with a valid HTV (Heavy Transport Vehicle) driving license to join their team in Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating tractors safely and efficiently, transporting materials, and maintaining equipment in good working condition. This full-time position requires a professional who is punctual, physically fit, and able to follow safety protocols and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate tractors safely and efficiently in accordance with company standards.
- Transport materials and equipment as assigned by management.
- Conduct daily basic vehicle inspections and promptly report any mechanical issues.
- Adhere strictly to all safety rules and traffic regulations while on duty.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the tractor and surrounding work area.
- Perform additional driving-related tasks as directed by supervisors.

Required Qualifications
- Valid HTV driving license is mandatory.
- Proven experience in operating tractors is preferred.
- Strong understanding of road safety and workplace safety procedures.
- Demonstrated responsibility, punctuality, and physical fitness.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively within a team environment.
