Trade Marketing Representative

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Trade Marketing Representatives to join our team in Islamabad/Rawalpindi within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in enhancing brand presence and ensuring product availability across retail outlets. This position requires hands-on engagement with retailers, accurate data recording, and consistent execution of brand communication strategies. Candidates must be comfortable working independently, managing daily retail routes, and utilizing mobile applications for reporting purposes.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute brand communication and in-store visibility activities to strengthen brand presence.
- Ensure consistent product availability across assigned retail outlets.
- Accurately record retail data using the designated mobile application.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and retailers.
- Follow assigned retail routes and complete daily market visits efficiently.
- Support brand development and merchandising initiatives at the retail level.
- Submit timely and accurate reports through the company’s reporting tools.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level: Intermediate.
- At least 1 year of experience in Merchandising, Spot Selling, or Order Booking.
- Must own a motorbike and have a valid driving ability.
- Must own an Android smartphone and be comfortable using mobile applications and reporting software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to independently manage daily retail route visits and travel within the assigned territory.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Islamabad. Candidates should be prepared to work on the ground, engaging directly with retailers and ensuring smooth execution of trade marketing activities.
