Floret Capitals (Pvt.) We are currently looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Trading Analyst to join our PMEX Division. The successful candidate will play a key role in client retention, market analysis, and providing timely trading support to our existing clients. This position demands a strong understanding of commodity and financial futures markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster long-term client relationships by assisting clients in making informed trading decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Retention & Relationship Management: Maintain consistent communication with assigned clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels. Develop and strengthen client relationships to improve retention and satisfaction. Address client concerns promptly by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
- Market Analysis & Trading Support: Perform both technical and fundamental analysis of PMEX-traded products such as Gold, Silver, Crude Oil, Currencies, and Agricultural Commodities. Deliver daily market updates, trading ideas, and actionable insights to clients. Keep abreast of global economic events, central bank policies, geopolitical developments, and commodity market trends.
- Client Education: Conduct basic trading sessions and market orientation programs to enhance clients’ understanding of trading concepts and platform usage. Support clients in improving their trading knowledge and confidence.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with Business Development Officers (BDOs) to monitor client activity and identify opportunities for client retention and growth.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in PMEX brokerage, commodity trading, forex brokerage, or a related financial services sector.
- Proven experience in client handling and market analysis is preferred.
- Strong grasp of Technical and Fundamental Analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with PMEX products and trading platforms, with preference for experience using MT5.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Compensation
- Monthly salary range: PKR 40,000 to PKR 50,000.

Work Environment
- This is an in-person role based at the company’s office in Islamabad.
