Advanced Network Solutions (ANS) is a telecom-focused organization delivering technical and field services within the telecommunications and power sectors. We are seeking motivated and technically skilled individuals to join our team as Trainee Engineers. This role offers practical training and hands-on experience in telecom, electrical, or civil field operations. The Trainee Engineer will support planning, quality management, field coordination, monitoring, reporting, and other technical activities. Successful candidates who complete the training and demonstrate strong performance may be confirmed as Assistant Engineers.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing field activities and assigned projects.
- Coordinate with field teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
- Support quality control and inspection processes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain project records, site data, and documentation.
- Collect, analyze, and report technical and operational data.
- Identify field issues and assist in developing practical solutions.
- Support project monitoring and follow-up activities.
- Conduct site visits as required.
- Prepare professional emails, reports, presentations, and other project documentation.
- Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications
- BE/BS degree or DAE in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecom Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are also eligible.
- Maximum age limit of 25 years.
