Trainee Engineer

Located in the SITE Area of Metroville, Karachi, this opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to start their career in engineering within a manufacturing setting. The role of Trainee Engineer offers a chance to gain practical experience, develop technical skills, and work closely with a team of experienced professionals. This position is full-time and requires candidates to work on-site, contributing to various engineering, production, and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers with daily operations and technical tasks to support smooth workflow.
- Provide support in production, maintenance, and quality assurance activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Learn and adhere to engineering standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Prepare basic reports and documentation related to engineering tasks and project progress.
- Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and productivity.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of engineering concepts and principles.
