Trainee Engineer-R&D (Mechanical)

We are looking for highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our Engineering team as Trainee Engineers. Selected candidates will participate in a comprehensive training program aimed at enhancing their technical expertise and problem-solving abilities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with experienced engineers and various departments to support ongoing projects, contribute to design and testing activities, and assist in developing and implementing engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions across multiple projects.
- Participate in technical analysis, testing, and troubleshooting of engineering systems.
- Support senior engineers in project planning, execution, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progress and timely delivery.
- Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining technical documentation, specifications, and reports.
- Provide technical support in problem-solving during product development and implementation phases.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a PEC-registered university.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Strong understanding of fundamental engineering principles relevant to your field of study.
- Familiarity with engineering software and tools such as MATLAB, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Simulink is advantageous.
- Knowledge of system design, circuit analysis, mechanical design, and control systems.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and materials selection.
