Trainee Engineer-R&D (Mechanical)

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Engineering team as Trainee Engineers. This role offers a comprehensive training program aimed at enhancing your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities. As a Trainee Engineer, you will collaborate closely with experienced engineers and various departments to support ongoing projects. Your tasks will include assisting in design and testing activities, contributing to the development and implementation of engineering solutions, and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions across multiple projects.
- Participate in technical analysis, testing, and troubleshooting of engineering systems.
- Support senior engineers in project planning, execution, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progress and timely delivery.
- Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Help prepare and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and reports.
- Provide technical support during problem-solving phases in product development and implementation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a PEC-registered university.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Strong understanding of fundamental engineering principles relevant to mechanical engineering.
- Familiarity with engineering software such as MATLAB, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Simulink is advantageous.
- Knowledge of system design, circuit analysis, mechanical design, and control systems.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and materials selection.
