Trainee - Estimation Engineer

Oneten Estimations is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Estimators to join our expanding team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are enthusiastic about starting a career in construction estimation. Candidates will receive comprehensive training designed to develop the technical skills necessary to succeed in the field. The position is based onsite in Malir Halt, Karachi, with working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn and perform quantity takeoffs from construction drawings.
- Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents thoroughly.
- Assist senior estimators in preparing accurate cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Maintain detailed and organized project records and estimation files.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Utilize estimation software as part of the structured training program.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- No prior experience in estimation is required, as full training will be provided.

Additional Details
