Pavilion Design Consultant is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for recent civil engineering graduates who are eager to develop practical skills in project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and technical documentation. The position offers hands-on experience within a professional engineering environment, allowing candidates to grow their knowledge and contribute to ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines using various planning tools.
- Support the preparation of cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and quantity take-offs.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist with material, labor, and cost analysis for current and upcoming projects.
- Maintain and organize planning and estimation documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Coordinate with project, site, and procurement teams to gather required data and information.
- Support senior engineers in tendering, budgeting, and reporting activities.
- Learn and apply industry standards, best practices, and company procedures to enhance project outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of construction planning and estimation concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory; familiarity with MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills to support accurate project assessments.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
