Trainee Estimator

Oneten Estimations is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Estimators to join our expanding team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are enthusiastic about starting a career in construction estimation. Candidates will receive comprehensive training to develop the necessary technical skills and gain hands-on experience in the field. This position is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow within a dynamic construction environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn and perform quantity takeoffs from construction drawings.
- Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents to understand project requirements.
- Assist senior estimators in preparing accurate cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Maintain precise project records and estimation files to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines efficiently.
- Acquire proficiency in estimation software as part of the structured training program.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- No prior experience in estimation is required, as full training will be provided.

This is an onsite position located in Malir Halt, Karachi. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Candidates should be prepared to work in person and engage fully with the team and training process.
