Trainee IT

Habib Sugar Mills Limited is looking for a motivated and technically inclined Trainee IT to join its IT team. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to gain practical experience in computer hardware, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and providing end-user technical support within a professional corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in IT hardware and a willingness to learn and assist with daily technical support tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Help identify and resolve basic computer hardware issues.
- Support the setup of new computers, printers, and other office IT devices.
- Install operating systems, drivers, and essential software as needed.
- Provide basic IT support to employees for computer and peripheral-related problems.
- Assist in troubleshooting simple network and internet connectivity issues.
- Maintain records of IT equipment and help update inventory.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on computer systems.
- Coordinate with senior IT staff to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth IT operations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic troubleshooting techniques.
