We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Pharmacist to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh Pharm-D graduates who are eager to develop their skills in a professional pharmacy environment. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of experienced pharmacists, assisting in the preparation and dispensing of medications while ensuring compliance with established quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with supervising pharmacists to prepare and dispense medications accurately.
- Review prescriptions carefully to verify the correct drug, dosage, and route of administration.
- Prepare intravenous drug doses and total parenteral nutrition using aseptic techniques within a laminar airflow hood, under supervision.
- Ensure that all medicinal products are stored properly and securely to maintain their freshness and potency.
- Respond to inquiries from patients and hospital staff, providing information based on existing knowledge or after consultation with pharmacists.
Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate with a Pharm-D degree.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position with rotational shifts. The role requires physical presence at the workplace to ensure hands-on training and adherence to pharmacy protocols.
