We are currently seeking Trainee Software Developers to join one of our R&D teams. Selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training for a period of 3 to 6 months, designed to develop their skills and prepare them to contribute effectively to enterprise-level application development. Upon successful completion of the internship and based on performance, there is strong potential for full-time employment. Trainees will work from the Contour Software resource center, functioning as an extension of the division-based R&D department.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program to develop software development skills.
- Collaborate with experienced developers on enterprise-level application projects.
- Assist in coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of software components.
- Learn and apply best practices in software development and quality assurance.
- Contribute to team discussions and problem-solving sessions.
- Adapt to evolving project requirements and timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
