Jonas Premier Construction, a division of Constellation Software Inc., provides a leading cloud-based construction management solution tailored for mid-sized general contractors, design builders, and land developers. We are seeking Trainee Software Developers to join our R&D team at the Contour Software Lahore resource center. Selected candidates will undergo a 3 to 3.5-month training program designed to develop their skills in building enterprise-level applications. Successful completion of the internship may lead to full-time employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured training program focused on software development best practices.
- Develop and maintain enterprise-level applications using .NET and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
- Apply object-oriented programming principles to solve complex problems.
- Utilize version control tools such as Git for source code management.
- Engage with emerging technologies including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering to enhance AI-powered application development.
- Write efficient SQL queries and work with relational databases.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs as part of software integration efforts.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, meet project deadlines, and continuously improve technical skills.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Proficiency in .NET programming framework.
- Exposure to AI technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and web services.
- Experience using Git for version control.
- Basic frontend development skills with JavaScript and AngularJS/Angular.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and work effectively under deadlines.
- Understanding of professional software engineering practices.
