Jonas Premier Construction, a division of Constellation Software Inc., provides a leading cloud-based construction management solution tailored for mid-sized General Contractors, Design Builders, and Land Developers. Jonas Software supports over 8,000 customers in 15 countries and operates from Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Caribbean.

We are seeking Trainee Software Developers to join our R&D team at Contour Software’s Lahore resource center. Selected candidates will undergo a 3 to 3.5-month training program designed to develop their skills in enterprise-level application development. Successful interns may be offered full-time employment based on their performance during the internship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in hands-on training to develop software development skills aligned with enterprise application standards.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to design, develop, and test software components.
- Apply object-oriented programming principles and software engineering best practices.
- Work with .NET technologies and contribute to frontend development using JavaScript and Angular frameworks.
- Utilize relational databases and write efficient SQL queries.
- Engage with REST APIs and version control systems such as Git.
- Explore and apply emerging technologies including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering in AI-powered application development.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, meet project deadlines, and continuously improve technical competencies.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Proficiency in .NET programming and frontend development with JavaScript, AngularJS, or Angular.
- Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Git version control.
- Exposure to AI technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of professional software engineering practices.
